Artistic Exploration with YofA

Join YofA in a taster workshop exploring fluidity in both art and energy, or join us and cast light onto your shadows to make way for brighter days ahead.

Intention Setting and Sound Bath with Sonic Journey

Take a few moments to reflect on the past six months and prepare for new beginnings as you relax with a soothing sound bath.

Make sure to bring a cushion and a blanket for your comfort.

1 PM - 3 PM (free access): NETWORKING SEGMENT

Visit our info stands and meet our practitioners. This is a chance to ask any questions you might have and purchase gift vouchers for holistic treatments.

3 PM - 6 PM: AFTERNOON SEGMENT

Living Rhythm Frame Drumming

Join a short encounter with the sacred technology of frame drumming and the vocal language of rhythm. Experience soulful Solstice Blessing songs in a shared space of connection and resonance with Living Rhythm.

Feel free to bring a frame drum if you have one.

Artistic Exploration with YofA

Continue your creative journey with another session of artistic exploration. This is a chance to further tap into your creativity and reflect on your Solstice energy.

Intention Setting and Sound Bath with Sonic Journey

The day will conclude with a sound bath. This session will help you reflect on what is past and prepare for new beginnings.
