A restorative sound bath to soothe the nervous system and support deep integration. Release lingering stress, shift into a calmer, regulated state, and land softly into the new season.

We partner with holistic practitioners, tutors, and therapists to offer an affordable, accessible program of classes, workshops, and events. Our aim is to provide a supportive space for personal transformation, community connection, and for practitioners to share their gifts with the wider community.
