Lumberfest 2026 Vendor Registration

  WELCOME TO LUMBERFEST 2026 VENDOR REGISTRATION

Lumberfest is a family-oriented festival designed to bring the community together through fun, entertainment, and fellowship for all ages.  Free entertainment and activities will be offered throughout the event for both children and adults, and many local churches may also provide complimentary food and drinks for children during the festival.  Lumberfest is Saturday, October 3rd from 6am-4pm.

Craft booth spaces are approximately 12 ft. x 12 ft and are priced after the early registration discount as follows: Single booth $40, Double booth $65, and Triple booth $90. Electrical access is available for an additional $25. Food trucks must reserve booth space based on the total length of their setup (e.g., an 18-foot trailer requires a double booth). Churches requesting a booth for non-selling, non-fundraising purposes are eligible for one complimentary single booth.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS - follow the REGISTER button, choose your booth package and completed your registrant information.  Payment can be made at time of registration or through various offline methods.  You will receive a confirmation of your submission via email.  Once your payment has been received and the Festival Committee has approved your registration, you will receive the 2026 Lumberfest Welcome Packet via email or text.
