In this session, Luminary Founder and CEO, Cate Luzio, will take you through your own career SWOT. If you've never done a SWOT for your career before, this is a great time to start - with Cate as your guide!
What is a SWOT analysis?
A SWOT analysis assesses the strengths and weaknesses (internal) and opportunities and threats (external) for a given situation, person or business. After completing the analysis, you should feel better equipped to address:
- How your strengths can help maximize opportunities and minimize threats
- How your areas for improvement can slow your ability to capitalize on the opportunities while also exposing you to threats.
