Meet the speakers:

Joe Roberts is Head of Family Office Solutions at Citizens Wealth, where he leads the firm’s family office capabilities for high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients. He oversees a coordinated set of specialty services — estate and financial planning, trust, tax planning, insurance, bill pay, philanthropy, and institutional — delivered across Citizens Private Wealth, Citizens Wealth Management, and Citizens Private Bank, bringing an integrated family office experience to client.

Joe brings nearly two decades of experience across tax, fiduciary, and wealth strategy. He joins Citizens from Rockefeller Capital Management, where he led national family office and advisory platforms serving clients and their families, endowments, and foundations. Earlier in his career he held senior roles at Zeke Capital, a national multi-family office, as well as Abbot Downing, Wells Fargo’s family office, and started his career in the Personal Financial Service practice at PwC.

Joe holds a B.A. from the University of South Florida and a J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University.

Joe lives in Wayne, PA with his wife and three children. Outside of the office, he is happiest with a trail underfoot, great conversation amongst friends, and the next trip planned.

Ayanna Dutton-Diaz is a brand strategist, speaker, and Founder of AD Consulting. She works with founders and multi-hyphenate leaders ready to stop limiting themselves to one identity and build a brand that finally reflects who they actually are. Flora Fiorillo is Chief People Officer at Wealth.com, the industry-leading estate and tax planning platform. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and is passionate about harnessing AI and data to reimagine how organizations operate, teams collaborate, and people thrive.

Darci Ham serves as the Financial Planning Program Manager overseeing the Financial Planning Platforms and Enablement team at Citizens Wealth Management. With 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Darci specializes in driving efficiency and automation within financial planning and wealth management solutions across all segments. Her expertise lies in strategic thinking and the development of end-to-end digital advice services and managed account suites.

During her time with Citizens, Darci has also functioned as a community leader, participating within several business resources groups such as Citizens Pride and Women in Wealth, lending her energy, leadership, and advocacy for women and for the LGBTQ+ community.

A Colorado native, Darci received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Journalism from the University of Northern Colorado. Currently, Darci lives in Massachusetts and is an avid runner and cyclist. She can often be found competing in road races throughout the year, but her main passions are singing and playing guitar.

Cate Luzio is an impact-driven entrepreneur, community builder, and workforce expert.

After more than two decades in banking, Cate saw first-hand the significant opportunity in the leadership pipeline —not due to lack of talent, but rather lack of investment and development in that talent, particularly in the “Power Middle.”
