'Nothing less than a triumph'  (Choir and Organ)

luminatus vocal ensemble is a small, professional vocal ensemble. We perform a wide range of music and our repertoire features new music alongside more well known pieces. Concerts often include newly researched Renaissance pieces, or music by under-represented groups, such as female composers. We also love opportunities to perform more standard repertoire, perhaps accompanied by period instruments. Recent reviews have noted a 'choir of exceptional ability', reflecting the skill of the singers, who are all established soloists.  

Luminatus have released CDs featuring previously unrecorded music by Renaissance composers, including Francisco Guerrero, Tiburtio Massaino, Phillipe de Monte and Cipriano de Rore. The are also newly recorded pieces by Melissa Dunphy, Cecilia McDowall, Becky McGlade, Kerry Andrew, Cheryl Francis-Hoad and Eleanor Daley. You can hear the music on standard streaming outlets or, for high quality audio, purchase copies here.
