Designed to help you navigate the postpartum, this 5 hour class is taken prenatally, ideally between 30-35 weeks. We will cover postpartum planning and support; changing identities, roles and relationships; infant/breast/chest feeding; infant needs, cues and soothing techniques; safe sleep scenarios; and more!
The cost is $75; a partner or support person is welcome, and included in the fee. If you are taking childbirth classes, you do not need to be finished with them to attend.
*These classes are for ANYONE becoming a parent, regardless of family structure, race, or gender identity/expression... all are welcome!*
