Description

ba·by·moon (ˈbābēˌmo͞on/)nouninformal1. a period of time following the birth of a baby during which the new parents can focus on establishing a bond with their child. “a babymoon is regarded as a crucial time for a family to establish itself”

Designed to help you navigate the postpartum, this 5 hour class is taken prenatally, ideally between 30-35 weeks. We will cover postpartum planning and support; changing identities, roles and relationships; infant/breast/chest feeding; infant needs, cues and soothing techniques; safe sleep scenarios; and more!

The cost is $75;  a partner or support person is welcome, and included in the fee. If you are taking childbirth classes, you do not need to be finished with them to attend.

*These classes are for ANYONE becoming a parent, regardless of family structure, race, or gender identity/expression... all are welcome!*

And now for the fine print…Because our classes often sell out, we do not offer refunds or transfers for non-medical reasons, so please be sure you can attend the session you register for!
