Whether you're a first-time parent or adding to your family, my goal is to support you in having a positive and empowered birth and postpartum experience.

I'm Louise, a Hypnobirthing & Childbirth Educator and Postpartum Doula based in Cork, Ireland. I offer evidence-based, compassionate support to help you navigate pregnancy, labour, and the early days with your baby.

Join one of my in-person Hypnobirthing Antenatal Courses in Glanmire (Cork City) or Barraduff Community Hub, Barraduff (15 minutes from Killarney). These small-group courses are warm, informative, and designed to ease any fear or anxiety you may have around birth. 

I also offer private 1:1 Hypnobirthing courses, either:

• In person (within 30 minutes of Cork City)
• Online via Zoom
