🌟 Meditation - sound bath - ceremonial cacao and journalling   

Release, rest and restore, harnessing the moon's energy through sound. 🌙🎻

Marisa and Dan Cornford are professional musicians, and Dan is also a Gestalt psychotherapeutic counsellor. 

We will help you to recharge and reconnect, playing our instruments: keyboard, viola, double bass, recorder, ocean drum and Tibetan bowls.
