The Race for Rosé: Derby Day Sip & Stroll

Celebrate Derby Day, the Luna y Vino way — with a curated Sip & Stroll through Bethel featuring welcome pours, thoughtful pairings, and a festive race‑day finale. Guests will move through three stops, each offering an included drink and bite, before gathering for a Derby viewing celebration. Come dressed to impress! Derby fashion is half the fun, and prizes will be awarded for Best Dressed, and Best Fascinator, so bring your boldest hats, sharpest suits, and most stylish Derby attire!

Event Flow

3:30–4:30 PM — The Starting Gate (Portofino Restaurant & Wine Bar)
Kick off the Race for Rosé experience with check‑in and event pin, an included welcome glass of rosé and light bite pairing, photos, mingling, and a preview of the evening. Take advantage of discounted drinks before heading to our Mid-Race Stretch!

Guests are encouraged to arrive between 3:30–3:45 PM to enjoy the full kickoff experience.

4:40–5:40 PM — The Mid‑Race Stretch (BIB – Better In Bethel)
Continue the celebration at BIB with your choice of one included beverage — wine, beer, or soda — paired with a curated bite. This stop offers time to mingle, enjoy the Derby Day energy, and cast your vote for Best Dressed, with the winner announced at the finale.

5:50–7:30 PM — The Winner’s Circle Finale (Notch8)
Cross the finish line at Notch8 with a celebratory glass of bubbly and a light bite to close out the Sip & Stroll in true Derby Day style. Enjoy the Derby race on display, unwind with fellow guests, and toast to the day’s festivities. A discounted drinks and food menu will be available for anyone who wants to keep the celebration going.
