‘Come as you are’. This is an opportunity for you to experience coaching outdoors and connect in nature. You will be facilitated by Lydia Stevens, an experienced coach, who will hold a safe space with compassion to foster deep connections and conversations. The conditions are set for you to bring your professional challenges with you with an open mind and heart. The two hours together will be carefully contracted to be confidential within the group. This is a tried and proven recipe which combines coaching, networking and walking. As the London Ambassador for Elevate Netwalking® Lydia Stevens will guide you together with other like-minded professionals to explore:
🌿 Creativity
🌿 Resilience
🌿 Presence
🌿 Leadership
Meet other like-minded professionals is an opportunity to learn from each other, think differently and build confidence to explore new areas, one step at a time.
In the last few years, the working environment has become increasingly screen-based, fast-paced and lonely. Coaching in groups in and with nature offers a space to think and be which is safe and confidential. Movement and pause whilst in a natural setting is one way of relaxing our nervous system allowing us to be more present, open and creative. Neuroscience has proven that change occurs when our body moves and not only when we think differently in our minds. Have you heard about the evidence of nature on our mental and physical health? Lydia Stevens is an executive leadership coach and thinking partner who has spent the last few years developing her coaching practice with clients in person or on the phone, often whilst walking in Wimbledon Common. With a background in founding, growing and selling Triple Line Consulting, she has personal experience of leadership, entrepreneurship, and board-level roles. She understands the complexities of decision-making and leading teams and companies within an ever changing uncertain context, locally and globally. Her coaching style is direct and challenging yet rooted in empathy, positive psychology and learning from how nature operates. She supports leaders in navigating change, building confidence, and unlocking their full potential.
