Delighted to be able to welcome everyone back to Lymington Seafood Festival 2024
With a big refresh for this year's event the festival will showcase some of the finest food, drink and entertainment from the south coast. With over 70 stands with every imaginable type of seafood to feast on. Of course we’ve something for carnivores, vegans or those with a sweet tooth too.
New for 2024 we bring back the cookery demo kitchen featuring top regional chefs AND our new Cookery School sponsored by Balmer Lawn Hotel with classes you can book.

Friday 12th July 3pm- 9pm (Tribute act The Fleetwood Mac Experience)

We have a brilliant tribute act on Friday evening The Fleetwood Mac Experience, on Saturday evening we welcome The Fat Cat Soul Band and a full schedule of live music all weekend.
Cookery School
Fancy yourself as a budding Masterchef, or just up for learning something new and having some culinary fun? We have a lip-smacking line up of cookery classes with modern and classic dishes from around the world. Each day has a mix of kids and adult classes. Everyone gets a Festival Cooking Apron to take home. Flint & Flame are providing finger guards for little chefs who’ll also get a certificate.
Adult classes will finish with drinks….well it is a festival!....with tastings from Hattingley Valley, Solent Cellar and Lymington Gin.
Led by Jen Williams from Naked Jam and Martin Dawkins, ‘The Rustic Chef’ with guest class from Lime Wood’s Luke Holder, Callum Jellicoe from Balmer Lawn Hotel and former top private chef, turned farmer Kate Forrester from Four Acre Farm. And, TV Presenter Chris Bavin will be joining in the fun.
BOOKING NOTES
- Classes are £25 for kids and £45 for adults. All attendee's will get a branded apron to take home.
- Classes are approximately 45mins long and need to be booked in advance.
- Please arrive 15mins before the start of your class. If you’re late the class will start and the team will make a decision if you can join.
- Children must be aged 6yrs and over and be able to take part without continued parental assistance. There will be viewing space for family or friends at the back of the marquee.
- There is a maximum of 24 people per class and you’ll be sharing a workbench. No encroaching and be as tidy as possible!
- When booking, please advise us if you or you or your child has any allergies, intolerances or additional assistance needs. Please note, classes are planned and allergens are highlighted in bold. In some cases chefs maybe able to tweak ingredients.
General event Ticket Prices are the same in advance and on the gate. £10 Adults Kids £3 (ages 6-16) Kids 0-6 are free.

PLEASE NOTE. Due to the high volume of ticket changes last year. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled
