This event will provide an opportunity to share experiences openly, highlighting what has worked well, what has been challenging, and how services have evolved across different organisations. Attendees will hear short presentations from Patient Liasion professionals, showcasing the development of their local services and offering practical insight into innovation, adaptation, and impact.

Through collaborative discussion and shared learning, the conference aims to strengthen our approach to aftercare and shape future direction across the network.
