Oliver McGowan training is a mandatory learning program aimed at improving awareness, understanding, and care for people with learning disabilities and autism. This training equips healthcare and social care professionals with the knowledge and skills to provide safer, compassionate, and effective support.

Tier 2 – Full-Day Face-to-Face Training develops in-depth practical skills to improve frontline service delivery, using expert insights and real-world case studies (including Oliver’s story) to build compassion and confidence in your professional role.

This training fully complies with the Oliver McGowan code of practce which sets out the statutory standards for learning disability and autism training across Health and Social Care sectors.
