Mabrouklyn

Mabrouklyn started in fashion, curating designs that are educational, celebratory, and centred on overlooked and marginalised communities. With our creative studio as a talent incubator, we built a collaborative network invested in creative and community works. As we developed events, cultural programming, and workshops, we saw an opportunity to create a platform for everyone to explore and express heritage playfully beyond conventional frameworks. All these elements come together in our latest initiative, Senses of Yemen - a long-term project to document, preserve, and promote Yemen’s material culture through digital archives, exhibitions, educational initiatives, and community engagement. 

Senses of Yemen is in residency at Kunstraum, London, throughout June. Join us for a range of activities and help us expand this programme to under-served UK Yemeni communities outside London.
