Monthly IAM20 Guided Group Practice (In-person and Online)

Monthly on the first Sunday of the month plus occasional additional dates.

Join us in the Mandiram, MA Centre, Bromley or online for a 30 min group practice following Sunday Chanting and Prayers. Please note that it is only for people who have taken an IAM35 or IAM20 course with an official teacher. Led by MA Centre, it is a run through without questions, to help you fine-tune your practice and meet others in our IAM community!
