Paella Party with Chef José Andrés SXSW 2026

EVENT DESCRIPTION:

Four of Austin’s top chefs go head-to-head in a live-fire paella showdown on custom Made In pans, judged by Chef José Andrés.
No panels. No rules. Just fire & rice.     

DETAILS:

In addition to sampling the chef's paella, there will be an open bar, passed bites and a raw oyster bar prepared by Austin Oyster Company's team.
