When we find ourselves in turbulent and challenging situations it can be difficult to keep a positive perspective on the world around us. Instead, our response can often be heavy-hearted feelings of discouragement, fear, anger or helplessness. On this 4-week course, Kelsang Nampur will teach us how to transform challenges into the spiritual path.

Through this practice, rather than feeling overwhelmed by all the problems we see around us, we can develop the ability to turn these challenges around and use them to empower our mind.
