We all experience anger and frustration from time to time in our daily lives. On this three-week course we will learn how to respond to difficult situations in a positive and constructive way. By cultivating a more realistic and balanced approach to the problems we encounter, we can let go of the uncomfortable and harmful mind of anger, and discover lasting inner peace regardless of the external situation.
