Joyful Path: Lamrim Retreat

This retreat provides a special opportunity to explore and deepen our experience of the Lamrim meditations, the actual stages of the path to enlightenment.

Through practicing Lamrim, we gain confidence and strength to make authentic spiritual progress. Through this we build stable peace, joy and freedom within our own heart that we can then share with others.

The retreat will be guided by Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang and will follow the Lamrim presentation in The Mirror of Dharma with Additions.

This is an in-depth retreat, but everyone is welcome to attend any of the sessions.
