About the course
Many people have an interest in Buddhist meditation but don’t know where to start. This relaxing weekend course will introduce the core Buddhist principles in a practical way that relates to our daily lives.
Through a series of short talks and guided meditations, Gen-la Kunsang will explain how these tried and tested meditations and different perspectives on life are still relevant today in our busy, modern world.
