The holiday season often brings with it many social pressures and expectations. Our ability to manage these expectations in a positive way depends upon whether we have a peaceful mind and beneficial intention.

On this short 2-week course, we will learn to identify and let go of unhelpful expectations, and instead familiarise ourselves with virtuous minds that guarantee a happy holiday season regardless of where we are, or who we are with.

This course is suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
