We may sometimes wonder why we often feel dissatisfied and discontent in our daily life - as if happier times are always just around the corner, yet still slightly out of reach. Buddha taught that if we seek satisfaction in limited and temporary pleasures we will never find true happiness, and instead will create many compulsive bad habits that cause problems for ourself and others.
On this half day course, Georgina Pugh will explain how we can free ourselves from the dissatisfaction and craving that prevents us from discovering deep contentment, and will introduce meditations that empower us to find inner joy and a state of peaceful happiness.
