Enjoy special day out comprising

• a practical and inspiring teaching on how we can apply an aspect of Buddhist wisdom in our daily life,
• a relaxing guided meditation, followed by
• a fabulous two course meal in the wonderful surroundings of Kilnwick Percy Hall.

We can currently cater for vegetarian or vegan diets but we are unable to accommodate other preferences or dietary requirements at this time.
