Simply Meditate - Wednesday afternoon class
Relax and unwind at the end of the day with a teatime meditation session. Each session begins with a calming breathing meditation. This is followed by a short explanation of a second meditation for developing a clear and peaceful mind, which will then be guided.

- Reduce stress, anxiety and other negative states of mind.
- Dicover how the source of happiness lies in the mind, not external conditions
No previous experience is necessary, just drop in and unwind at the end of the day.
