In our society, death and dying are frequently perceived as inherently negative topics of conversation that are often shrouded in confusion, grief and suffering. However, Buddhism offers a completely different perspective based on a profound understanding of the process of dying, the meaning of death, and what we can do to protect ourselves and help others during such a critical passage in our life.
On this five-week course, Gen-la Kunsang will help us come to terms with our own mortality and will reveal how this wisdom can make our human life meaningful and joyful. Eventually, we will develop the ability to transform death into a liberating experience.
This course is suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
