Patient acceptance is a happy mind. When we have a mind of patience we are happy to face whatever is happening and have abandoned the wish to change the situation. But how can we cultivate this precious outlook?
On this half day course Gen-la Kunsang will offer practical methods to develop the mind of patience – including practical advice on adopting this outlook in even the most challenging and difficult situations. She will explain how to develop real inner stoicism and strength to sustain both ourselves and others through practising ancient wisdom from Buddha.
