The R&B and hip-hop editions of BED BEFORE 11 have already given us some of our favourite nights of our entire early-night series, so we're bringing it back for a swelteringly-hot summer special!

As before, we'll be playing non-stop throwback R&B and hip-hop bangers all night long... well, until 10pm, when your back is beginning to ache a bit, your feet are sore, and you've got a feeling that you've got to wake up early to sort the housework.

Until then, though, why not twerk to The Thong Song, get down and dirty to some Pony, and live it up like Ja Rule said you should?
