TSUCHI DAYS is a gathering of journeys, encounters and celebrations connecting people, food, culture and local knowledge through our relationship with the soil.

At its heart is TSUCHI FEST, taking place in Kameoka, Kyoto on 12 October, bringing together international chefs, farmers, artisans, researchers and local communities.

Around the festival, we invite you to travel deeper into Japan through a series of intimate TSUCHI Journeys & Retreats — from Kyoto and Kameoka to Tokushima and Nagano — discovering regional food cultures, fermentation, agriculture, craft and the people who keep these traditions alive.
