WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE?

The doors to the theatre will open thirty (30) minutes prior to showtime.

ARE THERE ASSIGNED SEATS?

General Admission Seating is first come first serve. If you would like to be seated in the first 2 rows, you must buy VIP tickets.

IS THE SHOW FAMILY FRIENDLY?

Absolutely! We encourage families to attend the show together. The show is also perfect for date night or a great night out with friends. Perfect for all ages!

WHERE IS THE SHOW LOCATED?

The Niagara Arts & Cultural Center, located at 1201 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY 14301. You will enter through the RED DOOR on Portage Rd .

DO WE NEED TO PRINT OUR TICKETS?

You do not need to print your tickets if you don't want to, but you certainly can! After placing your order, you will receive an email with your tickets, along with a QR code that we will scan at the door. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mailbox before reaching out to support. 

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

There are no refunds once tickets are purchased.
