Magpie Dance is the UK’s leading dance charity for people with learning disabilities. Through dance, participants gain life, social and communication skills with added health and wellbeing benefits. Our Future

After celebrating our 40th anniversary last year, this year, Magpie Dance is looking forwards to think about what the future might hold for Magpie Dance and for society as a whole. We have gathered ideas from dancers, parents/carers, staff, volunteers and everyone involved in Magpie Dance to help us shape what we hope to do next.

Act 1 takes place in 2026 and Act 2 will transport the audience into the future where dancers imagine what life might be like.
