SWEAT: A Live Music Dance Event into Communion with the Spirit of Water

In ancestral traditions - we play music and dance to be in communion with the invisible.

We dance as a prayer.

We sweat as an offering to the Spirit of Water.

In the new traditions - art is ritual and celebration can be activism to raise awareness of the water that sustains our life.

This is an invitation to re-imagine the narrative. To let go of the mundane and immerse ourselves in a story that recognizes the Spirit of Water. A night to express our gratitude to the invisible and dance with intention. A celebration and a raising of consciousness for our rivers, our glaciers, our oceans, our springs, our clouds and all bodies of water in nature.

We will dance from sunset to sunrise, letting music guide our bodies into movement and our souls into communion with the Water. Our thoughts will be expressed in our dance. Our sweat becomes the message - the gift to Nature.
