Mahj Life NC

At Mahj Life NC, we believe Mahjong is about so much more than tiles - it’s about friendship, laughter, learning, and building community, one tile at a time.

Founded by two passionate teachers who love bringing people together, Mahj Life NC offers beginner and advanced lessons, assisted play sessions, and open play events designed to help players of all experience levels feel welcome and confident. We teach the rules, etiquette, strategy, and techniques of American Mahjong in a fun, encouraging environment where new friendships naturally form around the table.

Whether you are learning for the very first time or looking for a friendly group to play with, our goal is to create a warm community where people connect, support one another, and share the joy of the game. Come join us as we learn, laugh, and make new friends—one tile at a time.
