Mahoe Movement invites you to The Philadelphia Yoga & Wellness Conference. Welcome to an immersive wellness experience, shaped by grace and intention. Set in the heart of historic Philadelphia at The Ritz-Carlton, Mahoe Movement invites you Saturday, February 21, 2026 to reconnect through mindful movement, restorative practices, and inspired learning. From your first grounding breath to our closing celebration, each moment is designed to elevate wellbeing and honor the awareness that presence is truly a luxury to savour. A MORNING OF PRESENCE
8:30 – 9:00 AM – Welcome & Opening Meditation (Main Ballroom) Grounding meditation and opening remarks to set intention for the day.

WHERE TO STAY
The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia is elegantly situated at 10 Avenue of the Arts, Philadelphia, PA 19102. To secure the exclusive rate of $339 per night, guests are invited to make their reservations by calling Marriott Reservations at (800) 542-8680 no later than Friday, January 30, 2026. When booking, identify yourself as a participant of The Mahoe Movement Conference – February 2026 to receive the preferred rate.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Yoga mat, water bottle & small hand towel; a light jacket, wrap or light blanket; an open heart, curiosity and a willingness to create love in community. The attire for the conference is yoga and wellness casual. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga sessions and other wellness activities. You may want to bring layers to adjust to room temperatures.
The weather in February can be cold, with potential for snow or ice. We recommend packing warm layers, a coat and appropriate footwear.
WILL FOOD BE PROVIDED?
Our morning session begins with a thoughtfully curated warm beverage service and light refreshment. Guests who wish to remain onsite for our midday community sessions may enjoy the convenience of a pre-purchased gourmet box lunch, artfully prepared for ease and nourishment.
As the day unfolds, join us for Mix & Mingle—an elegant social experience featuring artisan functional cocktails, curated hors d’oeuvres, refined music selections, and elevated community connection.

GETTING TO PHILADELPHIA
AMTRAK and other services offer trains from the Northeast Corridor (Boston to DC) to 30th Street Station in Philadelphia.
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is the recommended airport. Attendees should arrange their own airport transportation as the hotel does not provide a shuttle service.
Airport (PHL) to Ritz transportation:
- Train: The SEPTA Regional Rail Airport Line goes directly to Suburban Station in Center City, a short walk from the hotel. The journey takes about 25-30 minutes and trains run every 30 minutes. Tickets can be bought at the train platform at the airport.
- Taxi/Rideshare: Taxis are readily available and typically take around 20 minutes, with an estimated cost of $30-35. Rideshare is also available, with an average Uber/Lyft ride costs about $35.
- Shuttle: Shuttle services can be pre-booked and typically cost between $40-$60.

Yes, parking is available. The hotel offers valet parking (rates apply). For alternative options, there are many parking facilities nearby in Center City. - Regional Rail: The hotel is located near the City Hall and Suburban Stations, providing easy access to various regional lines, including one that runs directly to the airport and several to/from the Philadelphia suburbs.
- Subway and Trolley: Suburban Station also provides access to the two main subway lines in the city (Blue and Orange)
- Bus: Several bus routes (e.g., 4, 16, 27) stop near the hotel.
