Main Street Parkville Association (MSPA) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Historic Downtown Parkville. MSPA focuses on beautification, volunteer recruitment, fundraising, economic vitality, district marketing, and community events. The mission of Main Street Parkville Association is to preserve, maintain, and promote the hometown charm of Historic Downtown Parkville.
