Main Street Parkville Association (MSPA) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Historic Downtown Parkville. MSPA focuses on beautification, district marketing, community events, local small business support, volunteer recruitment, and fundraising. The mission of Main Street Parkville Association is to preserve, enhance, and promote the hometown charm and economic vitality of Historic Downtown Parkville.
