St Leonards-on-Sea meditation class

Meditation is a tried and tested method to build peace and positivity in the mind, and everyone can learn to meditate and find true happiness from within.  The classes consist of a guided breathing meditation for relaxation, a brief teaching and another guided meditation based on the topic of the teaching.. No experience necessary and seating is on chairs.
