Maitreya Kadampa Buddhist Centre, 13 Sea Road, Bexhill-on-Sea, TN40 1EE
Description
with Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Rak-ma
Mantra literally means 'mind protection.'
By reciting mantras with strong faith, we can draw closer to the Buddhas, protect ourself from external obstacles and internal negativity, pacify adverse conditions and increase our good fortune and good qualities of mind. In this way we can benefit both ourself and others.
There will be an opportunity to recite short prayers to Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of Compassion, and recite his beautiful mantra together whilst praying for world peace and happiness.
Seating on chairs, no experience required, everybody welcome.
