Monday Evening Meditation class
Meditation is a set of practical techniques for developing peace and positivity. Each week we will emphasise a particular meditation to help build inner strength, calmness, love or wisdom. Each session consists of two guided meditations, a brief talk and a chance to ask questions. Each topic is self-contained so you can drop in as you like. We sit on chairs and no physical exercise is involved. Perfect for beginners or those who wish to improve their meditation practice.
