BIOS:

TRUDY CARMICHAEL (Portrayed by Robin Rothman) made her first NYC stage appearance in the Las Vegas-inspired musical improv revue, The Royal Flushes at The Upright Citizens Brigade in 2005. Trudy continued to perform in both improv comedy and cabaret venues around NYC before landing a permanent gig at the Magnet Theater as the host of the Musical Magnet Mixer in 2009 for The First Annual New York Musical Improv Festival. Ms. Carmichael can be seen frequenting any number of NYC Cabaret venues such as The Duplex Cabaret Theater, Sid Gold's Request Room, Don't Tell Mama's, The Slipper Room, and Birdland. She proudly garnered the titles of First Runner-Up in The New York Soul Sensation Competition at New World Stages and First Place winner of The Cabaret Show-Down and The Cabaret Show-Down All-Stars at the Kraine Theater.
ROBIN ROTHMAN is an actor/musical improviser and singer/songwriter from NYC by way of Philadelphia. Robin studied long-form and musical improv at UCB and Magnet Theater in NYC and now she regularly performs musical improv shows with her Magnet House Team, Nightshade at the Magnet Theater! In 2009, Robin began hosting The Magnet Musical Mixer as her brassy alter ego, Trudy Carmichael, paving the way for her solo show, Trudy Carmichael Presents The Improvised One-Woman Show! When she's not walking the boards as Trudy, Robin has been known to perform in scripted works, such as Isabelle Hood in the digital musical, Human Resources; (Nomination: Best Supporting Actor), Aunt May in Peter, Who? (NYMF) and on TV (and Instagram) as "Christmas Carol" for WEtv's holiday campaigns. Other than that, her husband, Sean, family, and little gray cat, Maryloo, rank way up there on the list of loves of her life!

FAUSTINO SOLIS is the Musical Director for Vegas Theatre Hub and ComedySportz Las Vegas. Faustino was introduced to musical improv in January 2017 at UCB Sunset and has since traveled the country to study musical improv directing. He has studied with Stephanie McCullough, Dave Asher, Scott Passarella, Hughie Stone Fish, Ayaka Kinugawa, and Laura Hall. He has taken improv classes through Vegas Theatre Hub, Second City Chicago, and the Groundlings in Los Angeles. Faustino has played for improv teams at the Kick Comedy Theater (Kansas City), iO, ImprovBoston, Unexpected Productions (Seattle), and the Annoyance Theater. Recent credits include Bleach, Trudy Carmichael, Xplōd, Magic The Gathering, Four First Names, Hot Mess!, Rhyme and Punishment, and Here! The Musical. When not playing for improv, Faustino is the Choir Director of Cashman Middle School and University United Methodist Church in Las Vegas. Faustino has a background in orchestral and choral conducting, music composition, and classical voice, having collaborated with organizations as far as Fairbanks, Alaska, and Graz, Austria. Faustino is a graduate of UNLV and is currently a candidate for Dalcroze Eurythmics Certification at Carnegie Mellon University.
