At Make at Rosie, we believe everyone has something worth making, and right now, we’re making direct political impact. We’re opening up our space to bring our community of makers, feminists, activists, and allies together for a good old-fashioned craft session with a purpose.

Whether you're following the high-stakes Senate race, crucial congressional seats, or local ballots that shape our daily lives, your postcards will make a massive difference for progressive candidates across Texas this November.

This event is pay-what-you-can, with 100% of ticket sales covering the stamps to send these cards out.

🎨 What to Expect at the Space

As a community makerspace built by and for progressive makers, we’ve got you covered:

• Cool & Comfortable: Enjoy our fully air-conditioned space.

• The Ultimate Craft Setup: We've laid out chairs, tables, and our stash of colorful, fine-tip markers (because you know we take stationary supplies seriously!).

• Snacks & Drinks: We’ll have snacks ready for you, and feel free to BYO drinks or extra treats!

• Great Community: Spend a few hours hanging out with fellow progressive crafters who share your vision for Texas.

✏️ How It Works

No awkward phone calls, door-knocking, or stress required:

1. We’ve partnered with the Progressive Turnout Project, who provided post cards, pre-selected voter addresses and research-backed messaging.

2. You just sit down, pick out your favorite markers, and write out the provided message and address.

3. Every postcard you write goes directly to a voter who leans progressive, giving them that crucial nudge to show up for every single race on their ballot.
