LUMEN Dance Collective

A fun, creative and energetic dance company for secondary aged students. LUMEN will offer young people the chance to:

• Develop new skills & try out performance opportunities
  
• Try out new choreography, floorwork & new techniques
• Build strength, fitness, flexibility & contemorary technique
• Develop creativity & confidence & make new friends

Sessions are run by Make the Sunshine and the company is led by  Mandy Redmond from Adventures in Dance. Mandy trained at The Royal Ballet School and The Northern School of Contemporary Dance and spent over fifteen years performing, teaching, and choreographing across the UK including teaching at The Urdang Academy and the Royal Academy of Dance.

What to expect:

Fun, energetic sessions in a supportive space where you can express yourself and progress at your own pace. Performance opportunities, All abilities welcome, no experience needed.

You are welcome to come and trial the first sessions - a full refund will be given after the first session if you don't want to continue or you can come to the first session and try out and book after (subject to space availability)
