Ticketprice: 450€

Venue costs: €350 in shared rooms, paid separately directly to the venue.

• All sessions & ceremonies

• Travel to and from the venue
• Travel insurance

Registration process

1. Complete your payment to secure your spot.
2. Fill out the application form. We will send you the link in your confirmation email.
3. You will receive a welcome email closer to the event with all necessary information.

Terms & Conditions

• After 2 weeks from payment date, an admin fee of €250 is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• From 13 August 2026, the total payment is non-refundable.
• All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant.
