1. 🎟️ All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.

2. 📅 Tickets are valid only for the date and venue mentioned.

3. ✅ Entry is allowed only with a valid ticket  along with ID card (Passport/German ID)

4. 🚫 Each ticket can be used only once. Duplicate entries are not allowed.

5. 🔄 Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the organizers.

6. 👦  Children below 12 years can enter for free

7. ⚠️ The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for misconduct, intoxication, or disruptive behavior.

8. ⏰ Event schedule, program lineup, or timings may change without prior notice.

9. 👜 The organizer is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.

10. 📌 In case of event postponement, purchased tickets remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated.

11. 💰 If the event is cancelled, refund procedures will be communicated by the organizers.

12. 💳 Internet handling charges or payment gateway fees may be non-refundable.

13. 🛡️ Participants agree to follow venue rules and safety instructions.

14. 📸 Photography and videography may take place during the event, and attendees consent to the use of such media for promotional purposes.

15. 🍔🥤 Outside food, beverages, or prohibited items are not allowed inside the venue.

16. ⚖️ Any disputes arising from ticket purchase or event participation will be subject to the jurisdiction of the event location.
