Join us for the Equinox 💫 Soundbath  💜 in Aerial Silks ✨
We can’t wait to share this energy with You ✨

Experience a soundbath floating between sky and earth... gently supported in an aerial silk and immersed in sound vibrations, feeling weightless and carefree, 

Highly resonant instruments used will include gongs, metal and crystal singing bowls and percussion.

The session is hosted by Virginie, an aerial yoga teacher, and Janet, a sound meditation teacher, who will introduce you to the aerial silks, and guide you to unwind and to deeply relax. 

No prior experience necessary.  

Aerial Silks will be supplied, mats are available - but you are also welcome to bring your own.

Wear comfortable clothing in layers, and free to bring whatever you want to be cosy,  including warm top or blanket, eye mask/scarf etc. 

Minimum recommended age for this session 16 years but every one is different.

NOTE: This session may not be suitable for people with pacemakers and other therapeutic electronic devices, anyone who suffers from fits, persons suffering from severe mental health issues or anyone who is extremely sensitive to sound. This session is not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy. If you wear a hearing aid, you may wish to turn it off during the session. Please seek advice from your GP if you have any concerns prior to attending.
