Sisterhood Self Care Sundays begin11/19 and continue consecutively until 12/17.

For this fall I felt the need for an intentional space to relax our bodies, restore our nervous systems, and receive what we need in our hearts.

These self care Sundays are a cocoon of body, heart, and soul nourishment. We will be gathering in a new space in the rose temple, a divine feminine studio space with ambient lights, candles, the scent of fresh roses, lavender, & rosemary from the garden, a freshly brewed tea, and soft linens.

The women will be welcomed with a warm cup of healing tea. A seasonal Ayurvedic blend to deeply nourish us.

As a meditation, we will receive the tea as a form of grounding love from Mother Earth. With each sip we will attune to gratitude for this nourishment.

The flow of these will all be a little different as I work with the cosmic and seasonal energies to create them through my intuition.

We will move into self care practices like journaling, pranayama, gentle yoga, feminine movement, guided meditation and singing mantra.

Each Self Care Sunday will include a One hour sound healing journey and some will close with an integration sharing circle.

These are essentially a Lunar Sadhana 🌙 (evening spiritual practice) in community, where we love, support, and inspire each other.
