**Embrace the Fall Season with the Wisdom of the Red Rose**

Join us on a transformative journey this Fall, guided by the teachings of the Red Rose. This retreat offers a deep and immersive women’s circle experience, designed to connect us all through the healing power of unconditional love and sisterhood.

As we move through the season of letting go, the Red Rose invites us to trust in the process. During this retreat, you’ll explore these themes through meditation, feminine movement, lunar pranayama, mantra singing, and deeply intentional partner exercises. Our women’s circle will also include a temple receiving ceremony, where we’ll integrate and balance our nervous systems with a bio-resonant sound healing, supported by the energy of two Reiki healers.

Afterward, we’ll gather in a circle to enjoy a nourishing, seasonal meal, deepening our connection with one another.

This retreat is a sacred space for women to heal, grow, and transform together. In the highest integrity, we come together to shine in the light of unconditional love and the powerful bond of sisterhood.

The Retreat is located on a beautiful Costa Rica style yoga deck in the hills of vista. 

You will arrive at 2:45pm and be ceremoniously blessed and cleansed into circle with elements like copal, sage, palo santo, and white rosewater. You will find your spot in circle around a gorgeous flower mandala and listen to a soft current of sound and voice. In that space you are invited into your intuitive, emotional, feminine energy. 

These retreats are curated to be safe, healing, transformative spaces for women. You’ll feel the call to be in this circle and we can’t wait to meet you and welcome you into sacred circle.
