We’ve secured a discounted rate exclusively for Mama Lounge Christmas Family Fest guests to book the West Midlands Safari Park Santa Safari as an optional add-on to your event ticket.

Children 0–2 - £15.50
Includes the full Santa Experience, photo, gift, drink and cookie.

Babies under 12 months - FREE
Under 12 months can attend Santa’s Grotto free of charge, but this ticket does not include a gift, photo, drink or cookie.

If you’d like your baby under 12 months to receive the photo, gift, drink and cookie, please select the 0–2 years ticket (£15.50) instead.

SAFARI DRIVE

The Santa Safari also includes the Safari Drive.

For our Family Fest date, the Safari Drive will be available to enter between 10:30am-12:30pm, due to the Safari Park’s limited winter opening times.

Please plan your visit accordingly if you’re booking the Santa Experience, as the Safari Drive is operated by West Midlands Safari Park.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The Santa Experience is not part of the Mama Lounge Christmas Family Fest itself.

It is a West Midlands Safari Park experience, and Mama Lounge has simply secured a special discounted rate exclusively for guests attending our Family Fest.

Your Mama Lounge Christmas Family Fest ticket and Santa Safari ticket are two separate bookings.

To access the Mama Lounge discounted Santa rate, a Mama Lounge Christmas Family Fest ticket must be purchased for at least the same number of people as the Santa Safari tickets being booked.

For example, if you are booking Santa Safari tickets for 4 people, you must have purchased Mama Lounge Christmas Family Fest tickets for at least 4 people.

Family Fest ticket purchases will be checked against Santa Safari bookings on the day of the event. The discounted Santa rate is intended exclusively for families attending Mama Lounge Christmas Family Fest and cannot be used as a standalone ticket discount.
