This event will be a full weekend Sat/Sun event ONLY.

There will be no individual day tickets available*, and all tickets are pre-order only. (*unless I have a few ticket left over, two weeks before the event, I may then make some exceptions). However, Photoshoot/Auto’s and M&G's sold at the event, will be cash only.

All tickets will have at least one Auto included. If any guests appear independently, their charges will be separate from the event tickets, and their charges will be to them only and event tokens cannot be used towards their fee. (This includes premier ticket holder’s tokens too).

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable without Mama Nox’s consent. But always talk to me first...

If the event is cancelled before 30 days of the event, all auto's, photoshoots and meal costs will be refunded.

If this happens after 30 days before the event, it then becomes tricky, as venue and travel firms want their payments no matter what. Some guests will insist on their speaker fees. The only way I can see this happening is an act of God of some kind, for example: travel cannot be permitted due to extreme bad weather, or even another pandemic, who knows what life will throw at us.

If you have any concerns, please contact me, preferably by messenger and I will be as clear as I can.

Do not ask me for a free carers ticket as none are available. But be reassured that anyone who has any issues can contact me and we can discuss your needs in private. We will make provisions for seating in the talks, but it will not be on the first 3 rows. Queueing for long periods should not be a problem with us being a small event, but help will be available if required. Support animals will be the discretion of the hotel, but proof of certificates will be asked for. There is good parking at the hotel, however, disabled parking is limited, so it will be first come first served.

The event is being held at The Bentley Hotel in Lincoln and special rates are available £110 single and £120 double/twin per night. This includes breakfast, payment on arrival, cancellation 48 hrs before due date, and based on at least a two-night stay. Best to book by calling them on 01522 878000 and letting them know you are with the event, and even though you pay on arrival, they will still need a Debit/Credit card number to secure your room. I stayed at the hotel as a mystery guest before I signed the contract and if I said I found anything wrong, I would be nit-picking.

If you find this hotel too expensive, or they have run out of rooms, there is a Travelodge just up the road.
