Plus, Sunday lunch in a secluded area with the guests where you and the other 5 OD attendees and myself will enjoy a meal whilst we chat with the guests.   

Also, for reassurance... IF... this event does not go ahead for any reason, I will cancel it, rather than postpone... which means you will get you ticket money back, less a 20% handling/administration charge after autos, photos are deducted from the ticket....

So, say for instance a ticket costs £200, we deduct any auto, photos from it and deduct 20% off the remainder... It means you get £170 back. And I am sure we can all live with that.

This will be a ticket only event, which means no tickets will be sold on the door, and neither will any autos or photoshoots be sold over the weekend. However, subject to the guest’s approval, selfies may be on sale at £15 each. (Cash only).

Tickets will be Non-refundable and non-transferable. Nevertheless, I do understand that things happen in life, but that is when you contact me direct and give me proof of why you cannot attend (and going to another convention is not a valid reason and would pee me off terribly lol). If I refuse to refund, I would allow you to sell via your own means, but if it is a ticket which I have sold out on, I would allow you to sell it on the Mama Nox Site.

If I agree to a refund, it will be subjected to the same handling and admin charges as quoted above but cannot be given until 10 working days after the event has taken place.
