One to One Hypnobirthing Course (1 place each month)

Firstly I think these One to Ones are my magical to teach. I can honestly say I'm lucky to have had all lovely sessions so far, but there is something about being exclusive in a course that really extends what I can offer you both 🤍

This course isn't for a particular birth - if you already know you are having a c-section, induction, hospital birth, homebirth... Hypnobirthing is for you no matter your plans.Imagine treating yourself to something that is not only going to help you prepare for your birth, but it's also in the comfort of your own home or mine  (if you live Leeds/Wakefield area)  

Relaxation at it's best, as you're guided through all you need to know for your pregnancy and delve deeper to ensure you know how to navigate this time and focus on your positive birth.

 A private 1:1 course is a more immersive way but people are choosing this more recently. This is the beauty of bespoke!

If you choose online - its £250. These are running on Zoom over 4 evenings. timings are usually evenings 7.30 - 9:30pm or weekday times can be arrranged - but of course can be tailored around you both  so we can get the ideal times sorted. ( and don't worry we will have breaks!)

What is important to me is that the course is designed for you, to best suit you ensuring you and your birth partner can get the most from it. Perhaps shift work, or birth partner time can vary - no probs!

Its £300 for this whole private course ( and of course your lovely course materials and goodies) . I want this to be a truly lovely package.

So further down you will be able to reserve both you and your birth partner onto the course with a £50 non-refundable deposit for our course. I'll get in touch before our start date for the remaining bit.

Remember this is a full birth preparation course to equip you for birth, and it doesn't matter if you've already done another course already (NCT or similar) - this is still valuable for your mental preparation too. Resetting what you've heard (and all those crazy birth thoughts we collect over the years)  with more beneficial tools and information. And just as importantly empowering your birth partner too. This is where you find out how it really is and how you can forget your fear. Everything I wish I had known before my birth.

But being a private session allows a greater amount of time to design this around you. Bespoke planning, bespoke relaxations, ample discussion time for the things that really matter for you. So light your fave candle, grab your snuggly blanket and choose your start date.
